The material used to manufacture U-PVC profile is a polyvinyl chloride in the form of powder or pellets which is mixed together with additives to achieve the desired structural strength and color. The profiles are formed by heating this mixture to a temperature of 360 F and transforming it in molten state.

U-PVC profiles are uniquely designed to withstand high impact. It has an impact resistance of 3 kg at 1m in height at 23 deg. C.
